The Centers for Disease Control says that more than 250 people in six states have come down with a stomach bug from an unidentified source. The cyclospora infection — which causes diarrhea and other flulike symptoms — has been reported in Iowa, Nebraska, Texas, Wisconsin, Georgia and Connecticut, and could be a foodborne illness.
