Serious accusations of mistreatment are being levied against the security firm put in charge of hiring and training stewards for the river pageant portion of the Queen's diamond jubilee festivities.

In order to properly cover the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, CNN went with wall to wall coverage that provided ample opportunity for Piers Morgan and the other commentators to gush about all the boats and the way they turned and other various non-events. CNN was so committed to the event, they didn't even break away when that horrible plane crash in Nigeria occurred. On tonight's Daily Show, Jon Stewart recapped their coverage and was highly amused.

It's not often news when 91-year-old people go to the hospital with a bladder infection, but it is when they're royalty. Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, was "admitted to hospital" (that's how they say it) today, hours before the Queen's jubilee concert. He was said to be "disappointed" to be missing it.
