Thanks to tighter borders and declining numbers of Mexican immigrants, America does not have enough farmworkers to meet demand. Has anyone told the Republicans this???

Farmworkers in Mexico are on strike for the first time in decades, and they probably have a pretty good reason.
For several days, the Los Angeles Times has been running an excellent series on the exploitation of farm workers in Mexico. Here is a bit of information on how the people who grow the produce you buy at Walmart are treated.
The Way We Live Now: grumbling unnecessarily over pennies. It's just human nature. It matters not how righteous the cause may be; it matters only that the cause will cost us money, which is unacceptable. Do farmworkers need another penny?
