There has been much debate about the audio recordings of 911 calls on the night George Zimmerman shot Trayvon Martin — were the cries for help heard in the background from Martin or from Zimmerman? Those who believe Zimmerman's claim of self-defense said he was the one calling for help — suggesting Martin had the upper hand in the fight — while others have insisted it was Martin begging for his life.

While George Zimmerman still has not been charged in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, his public defense — as espoused by his lawyer and family members — rests on the fact that Zimmerman was involved in a physical altercation with Martin. New evidence, however, contradicts that version of events. On tonight's Piers Morgan Tonight, Piers got into it with MSNBC's Touré, who was extremely annoyed about the way Piers had handled his interview with George Zimmerman's brother, Robert, the previous night. The exchange got pretty heated and Touré landed some serious blows on Piers.

The racist smear campaign against Trayvon Martin, the unarmed black teen shot to death last month in Florida, has reached a new level of ghoulishness. A white supremacist hacker says he's broken into Martin's email and social networking accounts, and leaked his private Facebook messages. We've been able to confirm that at least one email account that belonged to Martin was cracked.

Newly released security camera footage (video link) of George Zimmerman being led into the Sanford police station appears to contradict reports that he had been violently attacked prior to shooting 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.

Turns out they've been listening to racist snippets of George Zimmerman's 911 call and wearing solidarity hoodies. But still, none of it is as shocking to Stewart as the fact that Zimmerman is yet to be charged with anything.

To many following the Trayvon Martin case, racial bias seems clear. The best piece of evidence so far is Zimmerman's 911 call, during which he may or may not have said "fucking coons."

This morning on Fox & Friends, Geraldo Rivera said unarmed black teenager Trayvon Martin's choice to wear a hooded sweatshirt in public "is as much responsible for Trayvon Martin's death as George Zimmerman was." He used the example of "a dark skinned kid like my son Cruz, who I constantly yelled at when he was going out wearing a damn hoodie or those pants around his ankles."

This morning on Fox and Friends, an unusually stupid walrus named Geraldo Rivera offered "a different take" on the case of Trayvon Martin, the unarmed black teenager gunned down in the street by a vigilante because he "looked suspicious." Tell us your take, Geraldo:

Last night, the U.S. Justice Department announced that it would investigate the death of Trayvon Martin, after watching outrage build as Florida authorities appeared to do nothing for 23 days. The 17-year-old Martin was walking through a residential development in Sanford, Fla. and was chased down and shot by a 28-year-old man named George Zimmerman. If this sounds painfully familiar, it should.

If you want to kill someone and get away with it, do it before the NBA All-Star game.

Phone records confirm that Trayvon Martin, the unarmed 17-year-old shot and killed by neighborhood watchman George Zimmerman, was on the phone with his 16-year-old girlfriend at the time of the shooting. The girl, who has remained anonymous, says Martin was followed and then cornered by a mysterious man just before he was shot.

The U.S. Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division and the FBI will intervene in investigating the murder of Trayvon Martin. The Justice Department released a statement Monday night.
