I'm the kind of person who pays for all his movies, so I don't even know how to download something with BitTorrent. Not only does that make me a Luddite, it apparently makes me a person with good taste, because the most downloaded movies of 2011 are pretty much all awful.

Hangover 2 is having all sorts of trademark issues! After being sued by a tattoo artist over a fake Mike Tyson tattoo, now they're being sued by Louis Vuitton for using fake luggage and claiming it's the real thing. What are they going to sue every tourist who has ever been to Chinatown too?

A federal judge has denied tattoo artist S. Victor Whitmill's request for an injunction barring The Hangover 2 from opening because the studio didn't ask him for the rights to use Mike Tyson's face tattoo, which Whitmill designed and copyrighted. He still has a "strong likelihood of success" in eventually winning his case, though, according to the judge.

Mel Gibson was slated to take a babystep back into blockbuster films with a cameo role in The Hangover 2. He was cut: Director Todd Phillips says Gibson's role "didn't have the full support of my entire cast and crew."
