Hannah Upp, the missing NYC teacher who got a huge outpouring of publicity when she disappeared earlier this month, has been found. She was rescued alive from the waters of New York's Upper Bay by workers on the Staten Island Ferry. She had apparently jumped off a pier into the water, for unknown reasons. [City Room]
