• Todd Morley, founding partner of the asset management firm Guggenheim Capital and the Duchess of York's former business adviser, has put his two apartments on the 10th and 11th floors of 563 Park Avenue on the market. A longtime resident of the building, Morley bought the 11th floor co-op from Spamalot producer Arielle Tepper for $3.45 million in 2006 but never combined the apartments. Iris Cantor, the philanthropist and widow of Cantor Fitzgerald founder Bernie Cantor, has sold off her penthouse at 110 Central Park South. The four-bedroom apartment, which Cantor bought for $15 million in 2006, was listed for $11.9 million when it went into contract in August. Iris Cantor, the widow of Cantor Fitzgerald founder Bernie Cantor, has gone into contract to sell her penthouse at 110 Central Park South. The four-bedroom pad, which Cantor bought for $15 million in 2006, had been listed recently for $11.9 million. [NYO]
• Pro golfer Cristie Kerr and her husband, Aviator Sports president Erik Stevens, have picked up an 11th-floor condo at One Morton Square. The couple paid $2.3 million for the three-bedroom pad. [Cityfile]
• Hedge funder Steve Eisman has unloaded his nine-room apartment at 1125 Park Avenue for $5.2 million, or $1.795 million less than what he paid for it in March 2008. Fuld Gets an Offer, Mnuchin Lists in East Hampton

• It looks like former Lehman chief Dick Fuld and his wife Kathy might unload their co-op at 640 Park Avenue, after all. The Fulds have reportedly received an offer "in the $27 million range" for the 6,200-square-foot spread—which they listed for $32 million last month before taking it off the market a week later—although they've yet to decide whether to accept the bid. • Robert J. Katz, Goldman Sachs's former general counsel, has paid $7.525 million for a three-bedroom, 16th-floor apartment at 860 Fifth Avenue. The seller was jewelry designer Jean Vitau and his wife Irene. [Cityfile]

A Contract at 15 CPW, A Sheikh Cuts Prices

• Morgan Stanley exec Guy Metcalfe is finally on his way to unloading his five-bedroom apartment at 15 CPW, which he bought for $9.35 million in October and quickly re-listed for $16.5 million two-weeks later. After cutting the price to $13.75 million and then dropping it again to $12.5 million, he is now in contract to sell the 3,822-square-foot spread. [Cityfile, Corcoran]
• Sheikh Abdul Aziz al-Thani of Qatar has lowered the price of his three-bedroom apartment at Trump Park Avenue, which he bought for $6.1 million in 2005 and listed for $14 million late last year. It's now on the market for $10 million. [Cityfile, Corcoran]
• It turns out Sting won't be listing his Central Park West duplex for $26 million with Claudine and Raphael De Niro after all. Halstead's Mark Friedman will be handling the honors, and the four-bedroom apartment will be offered for a much more modest $19 million. [NYT]
