Men Like Their Women Like They Like Their Coffee: Sleepy, Dumb, and with Lots of Slutty Friends
Caity Weaver · 05/23/12 08:00PM‘Should Men and Women Be Friends?’ Wonders Canada
Caity Weaver · 05/03/12 11:27PMMen. Canada is full of them. And women. In almost equal numbers. But should they be friends? Or only sex partners and enemies? These are the questions plaguing our northern neighbors, as evidenced by an article recently published and republished on several of the websites of the country's major newspapers owned by the Postmedia publishing group:

Hamilton Nolan · 08/25/09 02:28PMSports Vs. Business: What Men Want
Hamilton Nolan · 03/19/08 01:49PMDeadpan actor and much-derided financial commentator Ben Stein has a long article in Best Life Magazine this week in which he speculates about why there are so many attractive women on TV business news channels these days. You can practically see Stein's drool spattered about the pages of the article, and he's drawn some (justified) mockery for the leering tone of the story. But he does raise an interesting question about the profusion of "Money Honeys" on TV. Compare that to the situation in sports broadcasting; it's full of ex-jocks and men's men, not Fox-branded eye candy. Why the discrepancy between the two traditionally male provinces of business and sports TV? You have come to the correct place to hear a theory.
