• Actor Benjamin Bratt and his wife Talisa Soto have unloaded their apartment at 43 West 13th Street. The three-bedroom pad, which the couple purchased in 2003, first arrived on the market last October for $2.5 million. • A.R. "Tony" Sanchez Jr., the heir to a Texas oil and banking empire founded by his father, has dropped the price of his 76th-floor apartment at the Metropolitan Tower at 146 West 57th Street. The five-bedroom spread, which went on the market for $15 million in June 2008, is now $11 million. [Cityfile, BHS]
