A Saudi-led coalition airstrike hit a Medecins Sans Frontieres hospital in Yemen’s northern Hajja province on Monday, Reuters reports. At least seven people were killed and 13 wounded. MSF confirmed the attack in a statement to Gawker:

Overnight airstrikes in Aleppo have killed at least 61 people in 24 hours, Syrian activists say, including at least 27 people working at a hospital supported by Doctors Without Borders. Among the casualties were six hospital staff and three children, the Associated Press reports.

Speaking to the Associated Press, the head of Doctors Without Borders has shunned the possibility that the attack earlier this month by American forces on a hospital the international medical charity ran in the northern Afghan city of Kunduz was a mistake.

When an American tank forced its way onto the grounds the Kunduz trauma hospital in Afghanistan destroyed in an airstrike earlier this month on Thursday, The Guardian reports, it may have destroyed evidence of potential war crimes.

“We are working on the presumption of a war crime,” Doctors Without Borders announced today, as the United States continued trying out new explanations for why an American AC-130 gunship targeted the group’s hospital in Kunduz, Afghanistan, for a deadly assault.
