Two Dead After Shooting at Oregon High School
A gunman opened fire at Reynolds High School in Troutdale, Oregon this morning, killing at least one student. Several injuries were reported, and police have confirmed that the shooter is dead.
Dozens of police, EMT, FBI, and SWAT team members responded to the scene. The shooter was surrounded and later died, though it's not clear yet how. The school is in lockdown and will likely remain so for up to two hours as police work to clear the building.
There are also reports that a teacher was wounded, though those have not been confirmed by that Multnomah County Sheriff's Office.
The shooting took place during the school's second-to-last day before summer break. Graduation commencement is planned for Saturday.

The victim was identified a 14-year-old freshman Emilio Hoffman, who was ''loved by all,'' police Chief Scott Anderson said at a Tuesday news conference. He said Emilio was found in the boys' locker room.
UPDATE 5:10 pm: CNN is reporting that the gunman was a student at the high school.
UPDATE 4:38 pm: Police believe the gunman committed suicide.
UPDATE 3:24 pm: At a press conference this afternoon, a spokesman from the Troutdale Police Department said the shooter, who has been tentatively identified, used a rifle in the attack. The spokesman also said a teacher sustained non-life threatening injuries and was treated at the scene.
