Molly Schuyler, from Bellevue, Neb., is 5-foot-7 and weighs 135 pounds. This week, she ate two 72-ounce steak dinners in fewer than 15 minutes at the Big Texan Steak Ranch in Amarillo, Texas. She enjoys eating.

"We witnessed history," Big Texan co-owner Danny Lee told the Amarillo Globe-News. "If there's a zombie apocalypse, I want to stay away from this girl."

Schuyler also had to eat an American-appropriate amount of sides with each steak: a baked potato, shrimp, a salad, and a bread roll. The restaurant's co-owner admits that he did not think she could eat that much that quickly.

"This little girl walked in here and...she's one of the daintiest, smallest ladies that I've see try the 72-ounce steak."

Apparently, Schuyler consumes this amount of food regularly, and sometimes for money:

The self-described "bottomless pit" is no stranger to gastric glory. In January, she devoured a record 363 wings in 30 minutes at a competition in Philadelphia, earning a $22,000 prize

If you also aspire to have this kind of cavalier diet, Schuyler has one crucial tip: "Just be careful when you eat steak," she said. "It's a very chokeable food."

Good to know.
