Jon Stewart got a loving sendoff from nearly all of the correspondents he’s worked with on The Daily Show, but some of the notable people he’s mocked in the past also had their chance to get the last word in.

Wolf Blitzer, John McCain, Scarborough and Brzezinski, Hillary Clinton, Bill O’Reilly, Chuck Schumer, Chuck Rangel, and of course, Arby’s, all lined up to get Stewart back for years of punishing them on the air. And John Kerry even woke up from his perpetual hibernation to form words that sounded suspiciously like a joke.

Almost 2,600 episodes in, and the Daily Show still had surprises left. Who knew?
