Formerly anonymous beauty-mag blogger JolieinNYC, whose identity had been the subject of much speculation over at FishbowlNY, was inadvertently outed on Monday by, natch, a beauty publicist.

Her real name is Nadine Haobsh, and she's a 24-year-old associate beauty editor at Ladies' Home Journal. Unlike compatriots such as our favorite Random House blogger, Haobsh seems to have held onto her job, though her blog has disappeared.

As for us, we're just confused by all this excitement. When we emailed her months ago asking for some free mascara samples, she willingly told us she worked at LHJ. We just didn't realize anyone else would care.

Stupid us.
