Believe it or not, but the American edition of OK! is still alive and, on some newsstands, not too ashamed to show its glossy little face. The plucky little upstart is even hiring a news director, albeit with the help of those headhunters at Craigslist. Don't stick your nose up in the air — each and every one of you is dying for a delightfully mindless new job:

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:

- U.S. or foreign Bachelor's (B.A.) degree or equivalent in journalism, literature or other social sciences or liberal arts discipline.

- 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the occupation as a news editor, staff reporter, news reporter, features reporter, features writer or related job entailing responsibility for research, writing and editing of celebrity and associated high-profile special interest news coverage, including experience in information and research contact development, and in coverage of both one-time and ongoing celebrity, court case and personal interest stories.

A liberal arts degree and experience in celebrity news? Christ, that's vague enough to qualify 70% of the blogosphere. And for your expertise in starlet stalking, OK! is offering an annual salary of $132K. The catch? You'd be working out of Los Angeles — but unlike our fair city, six figures actually gets you a balcony out there. Full details on your new gig after the jump.
