World's biggest hacker hospitalized by — teehee — a virus
Superstar hacker Kevin Mitnick is out of a Bogota hospital after getting floored by the flu, according to an AP report (which hasn't been publically reprinted yet).
The flu kept him from attending the HOPE hacker conference in NYC this weekend.
Mitnick, who spent five years in jail and three more years banned from computers, told the AP:
Mitnick, in Colombia on consulting work for a client he would not name, said doctors had given him antibiotics, morphine and a penicillin shot in the rear end "which was the worst thing that ever happened to me."
