So reenergized was The View's headmistress Barbara Walters by the politically incorrect musings of Damon Wayans on yesterday's broadcast, she's already taken it upon herself to incorporate some of the controversy-courting changes herself:

During a shout-over dispute today between moderator Whoopi Goldberg and noted flat-earther Sherri Shepherd, Walters intervened by placing one hand on Shepherd's shoulder and announcing in her best "78-year-old Jewish woman's take on how sassy black women talk"-accent, "Oh, come on girl! Just you shut yo mouth!" It was an exchange only nearly as outrageous as what followed the commercial break, when an increasingly discombobulated Walters confused guest Teri Hatcher for another megastar, asking of the Desperate Housewives actress, "Now that you've walked in both shoes, tell me, Michael, who has more fun? A black man or a white woman?"
