WARNING: An unauthorized butt enhancer may be on the loose in Manhattan. The Post breaks an EXCLUSIVE story this morning about Kimberly Smedley, a wanton, unauthorized woman with no medical training who offers black market silicone injections out of an East 39th St. hotel. For $1,600, Smedley promises women "J.Lo butts." But if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

"I need to see your butt," Kimberly Smedley told a Post reporter posing as a customer last week in a suite at the Eastgate Tower Hotel on East 39th Street.
Smedley, a heavyset woman wearing camouflage pants and fake Ugg boots, then demanded $1,600 in cash to give nine injections to each cheek...
When it was her turn, [one] woman lay face down on a couch, in view of the others, while Smedley gave her about 10 shots on each side.
"I wanted a J.Lo butt - full, round and high," the woman said.
The injections gave her the "lift" she wanted - at first. But now she is seeing doctors for many hard lumps, ripples and skin discolorations that have developed on her rear.

Its called pumping. Its how poor trannies get tits and ass. Some Dominican woman rents an apartment for the weekend and pumps people full of industrial grade silicone- like the kind you buy at Home Depot.

Two transsexuals are in critical condition in a San Diego hospital after they received silicone injections administered by a women in a local home.

Three other trans women also became ill after receiving the injections police said. The woman who administered the shots is not believed to have a medical license. A warrant has been issued for her arrest

The women were all attending a so-called pumping party where trans women pay a fee to be injected with silicone. The costs of gender reassignment is often prohibitive and some women opt to seek out non medical practitioners to get injections.

Frequently the silicone used is industrial-grade and not safe for humans.

While medical-grade silicone is implanted under the skin in sealed sacs to keep it from leaking, pumping involves injecting silicone straight into the body.

The industrial version is not sterile and can cause infections, particularly in the lungs. Experts say the silicone is often mixed with paraffin, oil, even peanut butter.

A San Diego police spokesperson said the five victims received shots in their lips, cheeks, hips and buttocks. Several hours after receiving the injections the women became ill.

Two experienced severe breathing problems, and were immediately rushed to hospital where they are on life-support. The other three women were given treatment by paramedics.

Police say that there may be other victims and are urging trans women who have received injections at pumping parties to come forward.

Investigators also say they know the identity of the woman who administered the injections and are hopeful of making an arrest.

Last February a transsexual who pumped industrial grade silicone into other trans women to give them feminine features pleaded guilty in Albany, Georgia to felony involuntary manslaughter in the death of one woman who died of complications from the injections.

Aw, come on it's not a mutation - I'm a straight girl and even I think her ass is hot. She's obviously playing it up in that picture and is likely wearing heels, which helps too, so it does look even more out of proportion than usual.

I love a butt scam. At least we're moving on from tit-cons, cock-shenanigans, nipple-flimflammery, quick and dirty ankle-hustles, shady eyebrow-waxings, tooth extortion, back-door brow-rackets, elbow-hoaxes, belly-bluffs, wrist stings and interstate thigh-deceit.

Not to mention cross-border ear-fraud.
