The concerned parents of Miley Cyrus have come up with another effort to keep their daughter for taking her clothes off and posting them on internet by purchasing the Disney star a parrot. With the parrot, Mr and Mrs. Cyrus hope to instill a sense of responsibility into their daughter and, more importantly, a distraction from boys. Miley Cyrus said, "I think my parrot, Julia Roberts, is going to be pretty cool. I'm going to teach it how to speak. Manders will probably teach Julia Roberts some swear words, but it'll great for our show."
