  • Donald Trump has listed a penthouse at Trump Park Avenue with a Russian broker in hopes of selling the pad to "a different type of buyer," namely, a newly-rich Russian who pays in cash.   • Eugene McQuade, the former Freddie Mac exec who joined Merrill Lynch earlier this year, has paid $3.175 million for a two-bedroom condo on the 30th floor of the Museum Tower in midtown. His new neighbors will include Carl Icahn, Sirio Maccioni, Katherine Oliver, Glenn Lowry, and John Demsey. [CF]
  • Warren Estis, the lawyer and partner at Rosenberg & Estis who paid $7 million for a 26th floor pad at 15 CPW back in January, has bought yet another uptown apartment. He paid $5.35 million for a three-bedroom condo at Trump World Tower, the building that's home to Hideki Matsui and Derek Jeter, among others. [CF]
  • Real estate developer Lee Jacobsen has put his three-bedroom duplex at 173 Perry Street on the market for $12.5 million, four years after he paid just $3.74 million to acquire two separate units in the building (one of which be bought from Vincent Gallo) and combine them. [NYT]
