Raj Rajaratnam, the scandal-plagued hedge fund billionaire who was arrested for fraud last October and has since been charged with masterminding the largest insider-trading racket in decades, has sold one of the apartments he owns at 60 Sutton Place South. Suzanne Sheik, the jewelry designer and mother of singer Duncan Sheik, has dropped the price of her 7,000-square-foot townhouse at 132 East 62nd Street. The five-story building, which Sheik bought from the estate of late socialite Phyllis Cerf Wagner for $8.5 million in 2007 and first listed for $17.5 million last year, is now priced at $15.5 million. • Nearly two years after they first put it on the market for $35 million, mortgage company founder Steven Schnall and his wife Sherri have found a buyer for their over-the-top 11,000-square-foot mansion at 2 North Moore Street. Conan O'Brien's tenure as Tonight Show host has ended, but it looks like he and wife Liza may be planning to stay in LA, since they're reportedly looking to unload their penthouse duplex at the Majestic on Central Park West. The 17th and 18th-floor spread, which features three terraces and Central Park Views, is being "quietly" shopped around for $35 million. [NYP]
• The buyer of Bernie and Ruth Madoff's penthouse has been revealed. It's Al Kahn, the CEO of 4Kids Entertainment and the man behind Pokemon and the Cabbage Patch Kids, who is said to be buying the place at at 133 East 64th Street for "just under" the asking price of $8.9 million. [NYP, previously]
Jimmie Johnson has unloaded one apartment and picked up another. The Nascar driver has sold his 3,200-square-foot loft at 32 West 18th Street, which he put on the market last year, for $4 million. • Marc Brown, the author and illustrator who created the Arthur series of books as well as the animated PBS show by the same name, has dropped the price of the 8,300-square-foot Tribeca townhouse (left) that he shares with his wife, Laurie Krasny Brown. Marden, the son of pharmacy mogul Bernard Marden, has picked up a townhouse in the West Village: Marden paid $4.125 million for a 2,200-square-foot, four-story building located at 39 Barrow Street. It's one of several real estate transactions for the family: Bernard Marden father sold his home in Wainscott for $11.2 million last year. Property records show that Jane paid Jann $4 million for his share of the five-story townhouse at 37 West 70th Street, which the couple jointly purchased from the estate of Perry Ellis back in 1987. • Carol McFadden, the social fixture whose husband George was killed in a plane crash in 2008, has closed on the sale of her penthouse at The Metropolitan on East 90th Street. Nearly a year and a half after first listing the home for $8.9 million, the full-floor spread has been sold to Stewart Satter, the CEO of Consumer Testing Laboratories, for $6.925 million. • After more than a year and a half of price cuts, Karen and David Fleiss have finally unloaded their apartment at 1030 Fifth Avenue. Part of it, at least. CNN's Ali Velshi Picks Up a Pad on the UWS

• CNN anchor and chief business correspondent Ali Velshi has picked up a new apartment on the Upper West Side. Velshi and his new wife, portfolio manager Lori Wachs, paid $1.85 million for an apartment at The Harrison at 205 West 76th Street. The couple scored a deal, too. Luke and Julie Janklow have officially closed on the sale of their West Village townhouse. The 25-foot-wide home at 16 West 12th Street, which first went on the market for $24.975 million last year, had been listed for $17.95 million when it went into contract earlier this month. Tory Burch Seals the Deal in Southampton

Tory Burch has a new place to call home in Southampton. The fashion designer/socialite has closed on the deal to buy the late Howard Gittis' 14-acre estate on Ox Pasture Lane. The 14-acre property, which Burch went into contract to buy in September, sold for $32.5 million. (Update: The Post has since corrected its story and now says Burch is "only" buying part of the property for $16 million; an "unnamed neighbor" is buying the rest for $16.5 million.) Wildenstein Takes a Loss at the Plaza

• Guy Wildenstein has finally unloaded his fourth-floor apartment at the Plaza, albeit for a quite a bit less than the $21.5 million he paid for it in 2008. The art mogul first put the "Frank Lloyd Wright suite" on the market in November 2008 for $25.7 million and gradually dropped the price to $18 million in June 2009. Now comes word that the apartment has sold for $13 million to an entity identified in property records as Hudson-Plaza Realty LLC. [Curbed]
• Dorris Carr Bonfigli, the uptown hostess and Bernie Madoff victim, has dropped the price of her penthouse at 930 Fifth Avenue once again.
