Vikram Pandit Unloads On the UES
♦ Embattled Citigroup CEO Vikram Pandit is putting some extra cash in his pocket: He just sold a four-bedroom apartment at 300 East 85th Street for $2.25 million to Pantelis Apessos, an executive at Citigroup. Vikram and wife Swati won't actually be moving, though: The couple purchased a 10-room spread at the Beresford for $17.85 million back in 2007.
