Yea, well, it doesn't seem the venue learned anything from the PR fiasco: Not only is it inviting prospective waitresses to show up at the restaurant to speak to the manager with their headshot and a "bodyshot" in hand, the company's Las Vegas outpost is offering up a free boob job to the woman who collects the most candy at its Halloween party.
