The New York Police Department confirms that it is investigating the alleged death ride that a Fox News staffer took a cyclist on in Central Park last week.

Fox Newser Don Broderick got into an altercation with cyclist Brian Dooda in Central Park on Thursday—Dooda says Broderick deliberately drove into him, launched him onto his hood, and dragged him for 200 feet while Dooda begged for his life. Broderick says Dooda attacked him. Now the NYPD will sort it out.

No arrests have been made.
