Feds are limiting the amount of time airlines can imprison their passengers on a runway in a tiny aluminum tube to three hours. Seems reasonable, considering people actually paid to sit through "Titanic."

Jack: Step up on the railing. Hold on, hold on. Keep your eyes closed. Do you trust me?
Rose: I trust you.
[Jack opens Rose's arms]
Jack: All right. Open your eyes.
Rose: [gasp] I'm flying!
Jack: And it's all thanks to steep new fines on airlines that exceed a three-hour tarmac standing limit!
