Currently, the White House is considering either Jan. 26th or Feb. 2nd for Obama's first State of the Union Address. Do you know anything else that is on Feb. 2nd? Yep: The 'Lost' premier. Obama is definitely a communist.

'Lost' fans nationwide are hyperventilating over the news that the premier of the last season of a television show they like might be pushed back a whole week just so that the president can address our nation. They've even started a Twitter hashtag: #NoStateofUnionFeb2. Maybe 'Lost' producers could just work Obama's State of the Union address into the plot? [TheWrap]

•Performance artist James Franco has been cast to in Danny Boyle's follow-up to "Slumdog Millionaire." "127 Hours" is the real-life story of Aaron Ralston (Franco) who got trapped by a boulder on a mountain and became the gnarliest man on earth by cutting his own arm off to free himself. [Variety]

•Saoirse Ronan ("Lovely Bones," "Atonement") is in negotiations with "Atonement" director Joe Wright to star in "Hanna," the story of a teenage assassin. Personally, we are not letting our daughter become an assassin until she's 21. [THR]

•MTV is weaning itself off its intense reality show addiction. Variety reports the network has commissioned eight scripted drama and comedy pilots this year—about half of which will end up as series. No word on whether they'll ever start playing music videos again. [Variety]

•Korean film news: Warner Bros. has acquired rights to remake the Chan-Wook Park film "Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance." Chan-Wook Park was the same guy who did "Oldboy," which is also being remade. Don't get too happy. These are the kinds of films that Hollywood is very adept at ruining. [Variety]

•Hanes may make wife-beaters, but they will no longer pay one to appear in their advertisements: Hanes is dropping ads which featured the domestically violent Charlie Sheen. [THR]
