A guard at an upstate New York juvenile detention center says that a dance there last December turned into an orgy involving a prostitute and a 15-year-old girl, who allegedly gave lap dances and blow jobs to inmates.

The New York Post interviewed a 58-year-old guard named Antonio Collado Jr., who says footage caught on a security camera proves that shortly after the dance began, "there was a girl getting her pants pulled down and getting ready to be penetrated from the rear," by inmates, all of whom are under the age of 19. The Post calls the dance a "sex party for gang bangers," because any young kid in a detention center is obviously a gang banger.

Collado said that guests at the "social," organized by the jail, were "the girls [inmates] wanted to have attend." He had drive two hours to Albany to pick the teen and the (alleged) hooker up from a "street corner." When they got to the detention center, Collado says "I saw [the minor's] red g-string panties almost being pulled off" after orally pleasuring an inmate. Then there may or may not have been some nasty sex, and investigators are watching videos trying to determine what, exactly, went down. Afterward Collado had to drive the pair two hours back to Albany. Awkward, maybe?

Collado has been granted legal whistleblower status as the investigation continues. State Inspector General Joseph Fisch told the Post, "An investigation is being conducted concerning a social held at Goshen because it clearly appears that inappropriate conduct, including a lap dance and something else, took place." His investigation began after a tip-off from Republican state Sen. Catharine Young, who is looking into abuses at juvenile jails during socials.
