Thanks to Poltergeist, John Wayne Gacy, and their creepiness in general, everyone is scared of clowns. Add to the mix Pedro Artega Velazquez who was arrested while juggling in full makeup on a street corner in Juarez, Mexico.

This is Pedro's mug shot taken after he was arrested for sexually abusing his stepdaughter yesterday. The cops didn't give him time to wipe off his face paint, which is great for creepy mug shots, but is bad for someone who might actually have to identify him while wearing his civilian face. The Chihuahua state attorney general's office (which is not a canine court, we believe) thought the incident was so fascinating, it issued a press release about it. It's in Spanish.
