Will It Be More Raunchy?
 Because Conan is on cable, O'Brien has more liberty when it comes to dirty words and things of the like. Will he keep things at the same level of raunchiness as his previous shows, or up it with his newfound liberty?

Will We See the Masturbating Bear?
 Speaking of being raunchy... will O'Brien be brining his famed Masturbating Bear character to Conan? He recently told Rolling Stone that he "won't be denied" use of the famous scratcher, despite NBC threats to sue if he uses it. What will happen tonight?

Who Will the Mystery Guest Be?
 O'Brien held an online poll with 12 choices so that diehard fans can choose his first guest, but—even though TMZ has its guess (don't click if you don't want to possibly be spoiled)—nobody really knows who it'll be. Feel free to speculate below!

What About Jay Leno and NBC?
 Technically, O'Brien's "You may not speak of Jay Leno or NBC!" embargo is up. So, will he let fists fly tonight and poke fun at his predecessor-cum-successor and the network that screwed him, or will he leave it in the past?

The Beard!
 Perhaps most importantly... will O'Brien keep the beard that he's been rockin' since he entered his unemployed phase, or will he clean up for the big event?
