Sylvester Stallone Porno Sells on eBay
A storied but little-seen porno from Sylvester Stallone's past is back. Filmed in 1970, Italian Stallion recently resurfaced in an appropriately sleazy (if bizarrely straightforward) way: The pornographers who owned the film sold its rights for $412,000 on eBay.
Sylvester Stallone's first film, a 1970 softcore erotic pic originally titled The Party at Kitty and Stud's but later re-named Italian Stallion by Bryanston Distributors after Stallone found mainstream success, was put up for auction on eBay by the company on Nov. 10. After 31 bids, it was sold for a bid of $412,100.
According to Snopes, the movie takes place in the couple's home. Kitty invites her friends over and raves about her "animalistic" boyfriend. Lovemaking commences, featuring Kitty promising Stud she will "be velvet-mouthed on your shank of love," followed by "dissolving into an unscripted fit of giggles only partially concealed by burying her head on Stallone's shank of love."
Stallone is naked the whole time, but maintains that the flick "would almost qualify for a PG rating." Back in 1978, Stallone told Playboy that, once he became famous, the distribution company tried to get him to pay $100,000 to make it disappear. He turned them down. No word on who bought the movie, but it's already had two theatrical releases (1976 and 2007) so if it hasn't made waves yet, it probably won't. Nonetheless, we encourage the buyer to put it on the internet. Sexually invasive information wants to be free. [Variety, Playboy, Guardian]
