Lindsay Lohan had her millionth day in court today, this time to be arraigned on grand theft charges related to a necklace she supposedly stole from a store. She has to pony up $20,000 bail for that charge and another $20,000 for violating her parole for a string of DUIs that she already served a brief sentence for.

The judge Keith L. Schwartz seemed none to pleased to see little Miss Lohan in court. "You need to follow the laws just like everybody else…You're no different than anyone else, so don't push your luck," he said. A lesson that every celebrity probably needs to learn. He had another scolding in store for Lindsay, "If you violate the law, I will remand you and set no bail and your attorney won't be successful this time."

Lindsay is due back in court February 23 to face the grand theft charges. And so the Lindsay-may-go-to-jail news cycle starts all over again.
