But it really is true that he hired 23-year-old Lucas Baiano, a Canadian-born (!!!) filmmaker who "dresses in perfectly-starched white shirts, slim-fitting sports jackets and tight designer jeans" to "spice up" his image as some boring hockey dad from who-cares.
