Target Suing Gay Rights Protesters

Less-evil-than-Walmart superstore chain Target, embattled with gay rights groups over some donations to anti-gay politicians, is suing a group of protesters who, they claim, have been harassing customers outside of several stores in San Diego.
Supposedly the activists have been accosting customers approaching the stores and forcing them into debates about gay marriage, which, Target asserts, goes against "our long-standing policy of providing a distraction-free shopping experience by not permitting solicitors at our stores." They assure everyone this has nothing to do with the donations issue, but is simply about complaints they've received from people who were frightened off by the vocal crowd. My take is that obviously the protesters have valid points to make, but if they're on Target's property being aggressive, Target is free to tell them to leave. Yeah?
