María de la Paz Elizabeth Sofía Adriana de la Huerta—known to mere mortals as actress Paz de la Huerta—has been charged with third-degree assault, attempted assault, harassment, and criminal possession of a weapon for a bar brawl with MTV reality star Samantha Swetra.

According to the prosecution, Paz punched Samantha in the face—bloodying her nose and mouth—and threw glass at her as revenge for teasing. Afterward, the Boardwalk Empire actress explained herself thusly:

"I'm a real actress—HBO. She's a publicity seeker, a fake actress," prosecutors say De la Huerta told cops after the March 20th dust-up at the Standard Hotel.
