Season four of Jersey Shore hasn't even filmed yet and already the show's tortuously unstable couple Sammi and Ronnie have gotten together and broken up 17 quadrillion times. Apparently now it's officially back off again.

Just as the episodes of season three in which they broke up "for good" were airing on MTV, the fickle fuck buddies were telling the media that they were back together and happier than ever. Guess what? It didn't last.

Now apparently the two will be at odds for their trip to Florence, because they're broken up again. Not shocking at all. But what is surprising is that Sammi and JWOWW—who have battled more than once in the past—are now close friends. With the shifting alliances and complicated relationships, it's no wonder this is the most important sociological experiment of our time.
