Since last December, some dude named Don Johnson from Pennsylvania has been single-handedly beating the crap out of Atlantic City casinos. So far he's won over $15 million from just three: Borgata, Tropicana, and Caesars Palace. The Press of Atlantic City caught up with Johnson, and corroborated his claims with casino officials.

By Johnson's account, he won $4.23 million at Caesars Atlantic City in December. Next, he conquered Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, winning about $998,000 in December, then $1.8 million in March and April and $2.25 million over two nights later in April. Most remarkable was his haul of $5.8 million during a 12-hour spree at Tropicana Casino and Resort in April, a record loss for the casino. Multiple sources in the casino industry confirmed the accuracy of Johnson's story.

Johnson is no amateur. He runs a "company that uses computer-assisted wagering programs for horseracing," and he says he has enough of a bankroll to take big hits. Johnson's winnings at the Tropicana also may have cost that casino's CEO, Mark Giannantonio, his job. Giannantonio had recently shifted the casino's strategy to focus on high stakes table games, and then Johnson came in and took a Tropicana record of $5.8 million.

If you've ever had your ass handed to you at a blackjack table, then you can certainly appreciate Johnson's feat. Bravo, Don Johnson.
