A 25-year-old from Syracuse has been charged with reckless endangerment and child endangerment for using cocaine while breast-feeding her 14-month-old baby. The New York Daily News reports:

Nicole Cummings used the illegal narcotic several times in May and June, state police said, at the same time her baby was breast-feeding.

Does "at the same time" mean she was literally holding a suckling child while bent over a table with a straw up her nose? Because that would be somewhat impressive, logistically speaking. Very bad for the baby, but, I'm kind of wondering what her technique was. Cue exasperated white lady in an ad for cleaning products and/or a Sarah Jessica Parker movie: "I don't know how she does it!" [NYDN]
