One of the actresses on Pan Am, ABC's empty-headed Mad Men wannabe, tweeted that there was only one episode of the show left. Looks like the underperforming show finally got the axe. But then ABC said it's all a lie. What's going on?

Karine Vanasse who plays "The French One" sent this tweet earlier today: "Well, we received THE call, #PanAm is only coming back for one more episode after Christmas. But up to the end, we'll give it our all!" Guess it isn't quite the end though.

ABC quickly got word out that they're going to air one episode on Sunday and then the rest of the remaining episodes in January. They said the show is not cancelled and is still in contention for next season. Yeah, and Herman Cain is still in contention for the Republican presidential nomination, but I wouldn't be planning on seeing that next September either.
