If all news is local, then why aren't all videogames? That seems to be the premise behind Google Shoot View, an incredibly simple new "game" from a Dutch advertising firm. It's your chance to take a fully automatic weapon to an address of your choosing.

The game simply takes Google Street View and superimposes an M4A1 carbine on top of it. Move your mouse to aim the rifle, click your mouse button to fire. No damage is actually reflected within the image as you spray out bullets. But then, there are popular iPhone games that do even less! At least this one can make a pesky coworker back slowly away from your workstation. Business Insider played a round outside of its own New York offices, but you can go where your own barely suppressed rage takes you.
