A 42-year-old Philadelphian known as The Black Madam has been arrested after botching at least three butt injection procedures at "pumping parties." The Black Madam, whose real name is Padge Winslowe, is being held on a $10 million bail after being charged with assault, simple assault, deceptive business practices, and other charges related to injections performed on a 23-year-old woman.

Windslowe is also under investigation for a botched butt injection that allegedly led to the death of a 20-year-old student, and another procedure that allegedly led to an exotic dancer's hospitalization after the material injected into the dancer's butt somehow migrated to her lungs.

The Black Madam's case eerily echoes that of The Duchess, the Floridian fake doctor accused of preying on the transgender community and injecting "cement, Fix-a-Flat, mineral oil, and superglue" her patients' derrieres.
