You don't want to fuck with Justin Bieber.

On Sunday, Bieber was trying to go to the mall when a paparazzo blocked his car. The photog tried to snap the pop star's photo, and a physical altercation ensued.

According to witnesses, a lawyer who saw the incident approached the paparazzo and told him he could make a lot of money by pressing charges. And wouldn't you know it — the injured party then complained of pain in his upper torso. He was taken to a hospital for examination and released shortly thereafter.

And the photog filed a police report, which means Bieber is now being investigated for criminal battery. Let that sink in for a minute. Of course, Justin may have been feeling extra punchy as he'd been training with Mike Tyson before the so-called altercation.

To be clear, I'm of the mind that assault is never OK. But I'm also of the mind that it's not cool to block someone's car, harass him with your camera, and generally be a shitty human being.

Police will be chatting with Bieber, his girlfriend Selena Gomez, and any other witnesses as they investigate the incident. Gloria Allred is not representing the paparazzo — yet.
