Nation, breathe easy: Katie Holmes has hopefully gotten what was coming to her from her five-year arranged marriage to Tom Cruise. The two reportedly reached a private divorce settlement today, less than two weeks after Holmes's official filing at the Manhattan Supreme Court.

"This case has been settled and the agreement has been signed," Jonathan Wolfe, Holmes's lawyer, told the New York Post and TMZ today. "We are thrilled for Katie and her family and are excited to watch as she embarks on the next chapter of her life."

Hopefully, for her sake, the next chapter will include a contract-free relationship and—for our sake—a magical lift on the presumed non-disclosure agreement that, in the aftermath of Scientology's gayest marriage, has only given us this nugget:

I'm all right. Thank you.
