Wendy's Employee Busted for Selling Child Porn to Drive-Thru Customers
A San Antonio man was sentenced to just under 22 years in prison for selling child porn to customers at the Wendy's where he worked.
36-year-old Juan Antonio Rosa would receive orders from interested parties through social networking sites and then fulfill them during his shift at Wendy's, according to Assistant U.S. Attorney Tracy Thompson.
Customers would ride up to the drive-thru and utter the code words "Scooby Doo" or "shit on a stick," and Rosa would place an SD memory card with several child porn videos on it inside a carton of french fries and sell it to them for $50.
The father of two had previously served five years in prison for a state child porn conviction, and started working at the unidentified Wendy's branch in 2010 upon his release.
"I can tell you the San Antonio franchisee has no knowledge of the incident," said Wendy's spokeswoman Andrea Winans. "They have no information or any police report of this incident occurring at a Wendy's there."
