An all-around bizarre story out of Grovetown, Georgia, where a man reportedly convinced a teenage Walmart shopper to let him suck on her big toe by claiming to be shooting a prank for America's Funniest Home Videos.

According to the Columbia County Sheriff's Office, the suspect, identified as 43-year-old registered sex offender Joey Leaphart, approached the 18-year-old victim and asked about her painted toenails.

Alleging to be with America's Funniest Home Videos, Leaphart asked the girl if he could take a photo of her foot as part of a "prank." He promised to cover her purchases up to $100 if she agreed.

After she consented, Leaphart upped the ante, asking the teen if he could kiss her foot as well. She agreed to that too, and Leaphart escorted her behind a clothing rack, explaining that he didn't want people to "think I'm crazy." He then grabbed the victim's ankle and told her "don't worry, I don't bite."

Once he stuck the girl's toe in his mouth and started sucking on it she immediately began to scream, asking him to stop and leave. Leaphart remarked "oh, it tasted so good though," then ran out of the store.

Leaphart has a long history of similar incidents, the last of which occurred in February at a South Carolina Walmart. He was charged with misdemeanor simple battery for Tuesday's assault.
