Serial Foot Licker Apprehended
Police finally arrested a serial foot licker who was targeting young girls between the ages of five and ten.
Anthony Perri was apprehended at the Penfield Library in Penfield, New York after being caught "inappropriately touching a young child's feet."
Entering court for the first time, Perri shouted that he was being set up — even though he has been identified by security footage from five other cases at bookstores and libraries. His M.O. seems to be removing the shoes of young girls and then discreetly licking their feet.
Perri is being charged with sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. No word on whether he will continue the conspiracy theory defense — he's being framed by the real foot-licker — or if he'll go for something else entirely. An innocent game of "This Little Piggy" gone wrong, perhaps.
