A sex tape allegedly starring Minka Kelly is said to be on the market, but the possibility that the actress was underage at the time of its shooting may be keeping buyers at bay.

According to TMZ, the tape is a half-hour long and shows Kelly getting it on with an ex-boyfriend. The gossip site says the Friday Night Lights cheerleader can bee seen signing and dancing to songs from Brandy's "Never Say Never" — an album that was released two weeks prior to Kelly's 18th birthday.

The Daily Mail claims it's the ex-boyfriend who is shopping the tape around, and that the footage was filmed without Kelly's consent.

No word yet from Kelly's reps regarding the tape's authenticity.
