Remember when Justin Bieber and that paparazzo endangered a bunch of people with a freeway chase? Turns out the photog has a history of reckless behavior.
Paul Raef, who is currently facing four criminal charges stemming from the recent freeway incident, was served with a restraining order in 2010.
Raef was pissed when another paparazzo blocked his perfect shot of Heidi Klum — so he chased the other photog's car through traffic. When the victim rolled down his window to talk it out, Raef punched him in the mouth.
While the paparazzo did get a temporary restraining order against Raef, charges were never filed. Raef is due back in court for the Bieber chase on Aug. 9.
