Mother Claims Dennis Hopper's Son Raped Her Teenage Daughter
The mother of an unidentified teenage girl has filed a lawsuit against the late Dennis Hopper's 21-year-old son Henry alleging he give her daughter drugs and alcohol and then raped her repeatedly while she was intoxicated.
The relationship between the girl and Hopper began last year after they met through a mutual friend, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
After connecting through Facebook, Hopper allegedly began inviting the girl — then 15 — to visit him at his Venice home. There he supplied "Jan Doe" with drugs and alcohol, and, once the girl was sufficiently under the influence, Hopper would "engage in sexually offensive conduct with her," which TMZ defines as "sexual intercourse, forced oral copulation and sodomy."
The suit demands unspecified damages for physical and psychological harm inflicted by Hopper. Whether the police have been involved remains unknown.
