Reality star Snooki has given birth to her first son, Lorenzo Dominic LaValle. He emerged squalling, orange, and hounded by MTV cameras.

Rumors that Snooki was in labor began circulating yesterday before TMZ made the confirmation that evening. The baby was born just before 3 a.m. today.
