Mere hours after she was ordered by an L.A. Superior Court Judge to quit driving with a suspended license, actress Amanda Bynes was involved in yet another accident while driving around West Hollywood in her black BMW.

TMZ obtained photos of the moment Bynes struck a fellow motorist's car with her bimmer, but noted that the fender-bender resulted in "little or no damage."

Bynes did not bother to exchange information with the driver she bumped into, and immediately left the scene.

Bynes, who recently had her license suspended by California's DMV following a DUI charge and two suspected hit-and-runs, was spotted yesterday driving "aimlessly" while smoking something from a "drug pipe."

Earlier this week she was pulled over for driving with no headlights, but was not asked to show her license.

Cops who spoke with TMZ say Bynes "scares the shit" out of them, and insist "the public should be afraid of her."

Insiders tell Radar Online Bynes has a substance abuse problem but refuses to seek treatment. "She's obviously crying out for help, but isn't ready to receive it," one source told the gossip site. "She seems to be having some serious mental health issues and she's always out of it. She really doesn't seem to be in touch with reality."
